M. Lane Kerns, MSFS, QPA - Lane has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry and is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Kerns Capital Management, Inc., a registered investment advisor. He has served on the faculty of the Purdue University Pension and Profit Sharing Institute and on the summer faculties at the University of Connecticut, University of Puget Sound and University of Arizona, speaking on the subject of qualified retirement plans. Lane majored in accounting at Wichita State University and received a Masters in Financial Services from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Martin L. Kerns, II, J.D. - Marty represents the new generation of a business that has evolved from family roots. He serves as Vice President of Kerns Capital Management. Prior to joining the firm, Marty spent 15 years practicing law, becoming a partner in a large firm and honing the analytical, problem-solving and management skills that serve him well as a pension consultant and investment advisor. Marty has a B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, and obtained his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston.

Mark Ellender, MCP, MCSE - Mark has over fourteen years professional experience as a Software Developer and Network Systems Engineer and over ten years of experience in Customer Relations and Team Management. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and his Master of Science degree in Mathematics from McNeese State University. Mark currently holds the title of Operations Manager with Kerns Capital Management, Inc.
