ML Kerns is committed to technology. We were one of the first third-party administrators in the country to provide a daily valued 401(k) retirement product and then move that product to the Internet and telephone - making current account information and management available to our clients around the clock.

Investments

We're always searching out the most comprehensive investment products. Our clients have the the ability to choose from over 250 mutual fund families and more than 5,000 no-load mutual funds when selecting the core investment options for their company retirement plan. Why settle for one fund family when you can cherry pick the best funds from a wide array of fund families? How about an individual brokerage account for the more sophisticated investor? We can do it!

Revenue Sharing

ML Kerns is a fee for service provider and does not accept any commissions. We do, however, receive revenue sharing in some instances which we promptly pass back to our clients in the form of reduced administrative fees. You can therefore be confident that when we recommend something, it's in your best interest, not ours.

Compliance

Do you have to ask your benefits provider how to keep your plan healthy? Unless you're unusually savvy, we'll tell you before you have to ask. We provide compliance services relating to all ERISA, IRS and DOL required documents and testing.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee 15 working day delivery of employer reports and employee statements, cash or accrual. On time - Every Time - As Promised, or you don't pay the next quarterly participant charge. Does your current provider stand behind its "guarantee"?
