Lane Kerns, President and Chief Investment Officer.
- Lane started his career as a financial and pension
consultant in 1962. He built two large pension companies from scratch
before founding M.L. Kerns & Associates, LLC (a pension consulting and
administration firm) in 1986 and Kerns Capital Management (a Registered
Investment Advisor) in 1994. Lane majored in accounting at Wichita State
University, has an M.S. in Financial Services from the American College in
Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the Purdue Pension and
Profit Sharing Institute. He has spoken extensively to business and
professional groups throughout the United States. He has also served on
the summer faculties of the University of Connecticut, the University of
Colorado, and the University of Puget Sound, teaching retirement planning
for businesses and professionals. He is lead Portfolio Manager of
the KCM Macro Trends Fund.

Martin L. Kerns, II, J.D. - Marty represents
the new generation of a business that has evolved from family
roots. Prior to joining ML Kerns & Associates, LLC, he spent 15 years practicing
law, becoming a partner in a large firm and honing the analytical,
problem-solving and management skills that serve him well as a pension
consultant and investment advisor. Marty has a B.A. in Finance from the
University of Texas at Austin, and obtained his law degree from South Texas
College of Law in Houston.

Mark Ellender, MCP, MCSE - Mark has over fourteen years professional
experience as a Software Developer and Network Systems Engineer and over
ten years of experience in Customer Relations and Team Management. He received
his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and his Master of Science
degree in Mathematics from McNeese State University. Mark currently holds the
title of Operations Manager with ML Kerns & Associates, LLC.
